Toowoomba Catholic Schools purpose is to enable each person to ‘live a full and flourishing life’ and we believe that life-long learning is an essential component of what makes this possible.
Toowoomba Catholic Schools empowers all its employees to build their professional expertise by engaging in professional learning opportunities that are focussed on achieving the priorities within our Strategic plan, as well as opportunities that are school determined and individually focussed on people’s goals and career plans.
Online and in-person professional learning opportunities are available to all employees throughout each year. A combination of high-quality internal expertise and industry-leading external partnerships help to craft the most innovative and contemporary capability development opportunities for employees.
Some of these opportunities are made available to other school systems and to those studying to become a pre-service teacher.
